Hi, I’m Anders

This website is about a remarkable method that has taught thousands of people how to create a better, more connected life and to nurture lasting change.

To learn Inner Relationship Focusing is to create a new foundation for your life, one that will benefit and supercharge all the other things that you do: The Power of Presence

Anders’ compassion and soothing presence during our sessions made me feel supported as a client.  I can sense that he respects his method as an art form, and wants to serve his clients like me by helping us honor ourselves and build a stronger connection to our bodies.  Anders helped me tune into my inner wisdom and I was able to gain clarity on some long-held complex issues. Why Focusing?

Feeling out of touch with yourself?

Having difficulty deciding what to do and where to go?

Are you losing yourself in relationships?

What would it be like to feel solid and confident, even under pressure?

Wouldn’t it be great to have a way to connect deeply with yourself, and to be able to deal with any difficult emotion?

Focusing brings your inner life into focus.

Through it we learn how to relate to ourselves (our emotions, intentions, power, and experience) in a radically new way, a way that brings clarity and healing.

Working with me you will experience how what seems confusing and muddled becomes clear, and how to change your life from the inside out.

About me

Hi, I’m Anders!

I love guiding people to their own truth.

The beauty of the process of Focusing is that it really makes it clear how natural and spontaneous healing is when we only let it happen.

To me, the value of a Focusing guide is closely linked to his ability to help you toward self compassion and acceptance. It is only when we accept ourselves just as we are that healing can happen. It may seem paradoxical, but it is the truth: when we stop trying to change, change happens.

I believe that my  life has prepared me well to hold space for people to find this place where change can happen. The sessions that I guide tend to go deep, and people feel safe with me.

I’d love to work with you!
