Hi, I’m Anders!

I love guiding people to their own truth.

The beauty of the process of Focusing is that it really makes it clear how natural and spontaneous healing is when we only let it happen.

To me, the value of a Focusing guide is closely linked to his ability to help you toward self compassion and acceptance. It is only when we accept ourselves just as we are that healing can happen. It may seem paradoxical, but it is the truth: when we stop trying to change, change happens.

I believe that my  life has prepared me well to hold space for people to find this place where change can happen. The sessions that I guide tend to go deep, and people feel safe with me.
